Ankle arthroscopy is a procedure that is highly successful and minimally invasive, which would allow a patient to resume normal activity quickly.
For tailor dome lesions requiring replacement of cartilage, there is a grafting procedure available to repair the tailor dome. This procedure requires dis-articulation, internal fixation, and non-weight bearing for 6 weeks.
